How pricing works
Two parts:
- A one-time setup and integration fee. This covers connecting Quantity Supply to your ERP and configuring your catalog, pricing rules, branches and quoting workflow.
- A monthly fee scaled to your quote and order volume.

How much does Quantity Supply cost?
Pricing depends on your setup and your quote volume, so we scope it per company. Book a call and we'll give you a quote.
Is there a contract?
We offer both monthly and annual plans — whichever fits how you want to work.
Do you charge per user?
No. Pricing is based on your quote and order volume, not seats. Whether your team is part-time or full-time makes no difference to what you pay.
What if my ERP isn't on your list?
We can connect other ERPs during onboarding, or you can run Quantity Supply standalone and export to CSV.
How is quote volume measured?
By the quotes and orders you process each month — both are counted.
