Can I add a Special Order (SP) in Quantity Supply?

How it works

Yes. When an item isn't part of a customer's normal catalog (a specialty product, a back-order, a one-off) you flag it as a Special Order (SP), either with the button or by typing SP. That flag carries through so your ERP recognizes it as a special order to follow up on, instead of it getting lost in a normal quote.
